A small-batch Pechuga from Quiquiriqui that is made with Espadin agave that is roasted, fermented and distilled using traditional methods. Unlike a traditional Pechuga, which is redistilled with a raw chicken breast suspended in the still, Quiquiriqui Mole Pechuga is infused with the mezcalero’s homemade black mole paste before re-distillation. Aromas of leather, earth, black pepper and chocolate fill the nose, complemented by notes of toasted nuts, stewed fruit, earthy spices, roasted cacao and peppery spice throughout the palate.
