Little Pomona Bright Lights 2021 Cider

Sparkling Dry Cider // 7.3% Abv // 750ml

Bramley apples (66%), super high in acid, pressed together with smaller quantities of Dabinett (20%) and a mixed bag of perry pears (14%), was sent to tank to ferment spontaneously. To capture its purity of fruit and vivacious character Little Pomona bottled this early in February 2022 with a small amount of “live” juice to referment in bottle. A super bright, star burst of fruit – tropical citrus, zesty lime, flowers and a little illusion of honey. Bright and fresh and a pretty gorgeous summer crusher that within it’s combo of Perry pears and Bramley apples is about as English a drink as there’s ever been made!
